Participation of nec-CPS Student in the International Agricultural Engineering Conference 2025

Mr. Sameer Shrestha, a M.Sc. Interdisciplinary Water Resource Management (iWRM) presented his Masters’ research work titled “Climate Smart Solar Irrigation for Sustainability of Paddy Production and Gender Empowerment” at the International Agricultural Engineering Conference 2025 organized by Asian Association for Agricultural Engineering (AAAE). The conference provides a valuable platform to share research findings amongst international experts, academicians and professionals in the field of agricultural engineering and water management. The research paper will be published in the International journal of Agricultural Engineering published by the AAAE. Mr. Shrestha is one of the recipients of IDRC SAWA scholarship provided by International Development and Research Center, Canada under South Asia Water Leadership program on Climate Change.
